Hello!

My name is Candice and I am the owner and an instructor of YogaNation Red Deer.

The main goal for YogaNation is to create a fun and inviting space for all yogis. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and client experiences. We also are proud to show off our incredibly clean space - from the studio to the bathrooms come see for yourself! We have an incredible team at YogaNation, and many of our team members are excited to come along to Portugal on our retreat. We have a very inviting and casual community. I can only imagine how much fun we'll all have together!! I lead several classes a week, and can be found around the community at various sporting events, schools, expos, etc. I enjoy all aspects of the yoga practice, but is especially passionate about power flow/vinyasa styles. I reside in Red Deer with my husband, and 2 teenage boys.
Aside from yoga I also enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hiking and spending time watching hockey in the winter months. A fun fact about me is I worked in Veterinary medicine for over 20 years! Needless to say she has a few four-legged family members as well.
